TRUST
IN THE WORKPLACE

We are the social enterprise arm of StreetInvest which delivers tailor-made trust-building programmes for the virtual workplace

Street Workers’ biggest asset is their ability to form strong, trusting relationships with street children. Only once they have a strong sense of trust and a rapport, can options for the child be explored. Based on techniques employed by our expert Street Workers, our unique training for Businesses will help your team develop those all-important  relationships between colleagues, management and clients.

WHY ARE WE HERE

COVID-19 has underscored and driven insurmountable challenge in the workplace. The move to remote working coupled with increasingly uncertain external factors has resulted in a rise of disconnected, frustrated teams, more isolated staff and poor mental health amongst employees. This in turn has led to a decline in innovation, lower productivity and decreased sales. As ours and countless other’s research shows, at the root of these challenges is the breakdown in relationships of trust between individuals, groups or communities.
